Marketing Executive 

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Write and develop well-researched content, translating and proofreading all copy for marketing and communications materials online and offline in chinese or English (e.g. blog articles, ads, website, press releases, executive speeches, etc.)
  • Research on industry trends and write attractive and creative works that bring impact to the audience
  • Brainstorm as part of the creative team to come up with engaging and effective concepts to build brand awareness and to implement the marketing campaigns with tracking of performance data
  • Use search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results
  • Execute and collaborate with editors/ videographers/ designers for all digital content creation across various platforms
  • Organize writing schedules to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines and align with targeted objective
Job Requirements:
  • Possess truly exceptional writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Over 3 years experience in content marketing or English copywriting
  • Proven record of excellent writing in B2B communications, commerce, technology or similar topic categories
  • Experience in translation from Chinese to English (or vice versa) and creating content across a range of format
  • A keen eye for design to guide the creative execution of content projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or Communications or a related discipline
  • Comfortable working independently with a little direction under tight deadlines
  • SEO knowledge and experience will be a plus
  • A good team player, be proactive, and with a can-do spirit. Have a strong sense of ownership & accountability. Attention to detail.
